How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time! 

Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be processed & packed. The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands. 

We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates!

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. It will be automaticaly calculated at check out.

Orders that weigh over 1 lb. will automatically be required to ship via USPS Priority Mail

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.

Can you check the status of my shipment/give me more details?

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page. If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly.

Once the package has been shipped, PawpularGoods is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues. If you believe your package has been misdelivered or stolen, please contact the postal service directly. If your package has been redirected back to use due to an invalid shipping address, please email us at pawpulargoods@gmail.com

Why haven't I recieved an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email?

Make sure you’ve searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there. You can mark us as SAFE too so that you won’t miss messages from us in the future.

My package was delivered, but I haven't received it.

Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. Be sure to check around the front of your home, your mailbox, mailroom, etc. We also recommend checking with your building management or neighbors who may have collected it for you.

How is international shipping cost calculated?

International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over the high cost. USPS/UPS/DHL will calculate the cost automatically.

Will I need to pay import taxes?

The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

 If you choose to ship your package via UPS, please keep in mind that UPS customs fees are usually pricey. We cannot control or predict the what these fees might be.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping tends to be very slow. If you are outside of the US, please expect to wait about a month or so for your item(s) to arrive. 

We have seen SIGNIFICANT shipping delays lately! Please expect longer than usual shipping times! Waiting more than a month has been common.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. You'll be able to see available shipping services at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Email us: pawpulargoods@gmail.com We pack orders quickly, so we may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us.
